سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع:

١. إذا تم فتح عبوة المنتج ولا توجد مشكلة: إذا كان المنتج مفتوحاً أو تم فض غلافه، ولا يوجد عيب أو مشكلة، وسبب الإرجاع مجرد تغيير رأي، لا يمكن قبول الإرجاع أو الاستبدال في هذه الحالة.

٢. إذا غير العميل رأيه والمنتج لا يزال مغلقاً: إذا كان المنتج لا يزال مغلقاً ولم يُفتح، ويرغب العميل في إرجاعه بسبب تغيير رأيه، سيتم خصم رسوم التوصيل الأصلية ورسوم الإرجاع (الاستلام) من المبلغ المسترد.

٣. إذا كانت هناك مشكلة في الجودة خلال 14 يوماً من استلام المنتج: إذا ظهرت أي مشكلة تتعلق بجودة المنتج خلال هذه الفترة، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي مع توضيح تفاصيل المشكلة. سيتم مراجعة كل حالة على حدة، وبعد الحصول على الموافقة الاستثنائية، سيتم اتخاذ القرار المناسب – سواء استبدال أو استرداد.

Return and Exchange Policy:

1. If the product packaging has been opened and there is no issue: If the product is unsealed or has been opened, and there is no defect or issue, and the reason for return is simply a change of mind, the return or exchange cannot be accepted in this case.

2. If the customer changes their mind and the product is still sealed: If the product is still sealed and unopened, and the customer wishes to return it due to a change of mind, the original delivery fee and the return (pickup) fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

3. If there is a quality issue within 14 days of receiving the product: If any issue related to product quality appears within this period, please contact us via email or social media, providing details of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually, and after receiving exceptional approval, an appropriate decision will be made — either replacement or refund.

Installment plans are available on the website through Credit Card via your bank, or through ValU, Souhoola, or Contact. For more details about installment periods, please check your bank app or contact customer service.

اذا الاوردر تقسيط بنبلغ العميل بـ اوردر حضرتك مدفوع بالتقسيط بالتالي لا يمكننا الغاءه من خلالنا سيتم رفع طلب للقسم المختص للمتابعة مع حضرتك خلال 48 ساعة وتوضيح اجراءات الالغاء.

If the order is paid via installment, we inform the customer that the order is paid through installment plan and therefore cannot be cancelled from our side. A request will be raised to the relevant department to follow up with you within 48 hours and clarify the cancellation procedures.

Our original products are available at select pharmacies and stores. Could you please tell us where you purchased it from?

حابين نوضح لحضرتك انها تعبئة مصنع، التغليف بيختلف من منتج لآخر حسب انتاج المصنع لكن هل المنتج وصل لحضرتك به اي تسريب او ضرر؟

We would like to clarify that it is factory packaging. The packaging varies from product to product based on factory production. However, did the product arrive with any leakage or damage?

Our products contain natural ingredients, along with a moderate percentage of chemical compounds to ensure effectiveness and quality. Favelin ensures a balance between ingredients for the best experience.

نستأذنها توضيح طريقة الدفع هل كان دفع بالكامل ام تقسيط لو تقسيط هنفهما ان مش هنعرف نعدل ع الاوردر يا أما هيفضل زي ما هو يا اما هنعمل ريفند لكله وتعمل هي من اول وجديد اللي عايزاه.

We ask the customer to clarify the payment method – was it full payment or installment? If installment, we explain that we cannot modify the order. It either stays as is, or we process a full refund and the customer places a new order with the desired changes.

جميع المنتجات آمنة على الحمل والرضاعة ولكن هنوضح لحضرتك مكونات زيوت الشعر للرجوع للطبيب المختص للتأكد من عدم وجود اي حساسية تجاه اي مكون من مكوناتها.

All products are safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, we will provide you with the hair oil ingredients to consult with your doctor to ensure there are no allergies to any of their components.

نستأذنك في توضيح نوع فروة شعر حضرتك وهل مصبوغ او متضرر من الحرارة او البروتين او اي تريتمنت؟ وهل فروة الشعر جافة ام دهنية؟

Could you please clarify your scalp type? Is your hair dyed or damaged from heat, protein, or any treatment? Is your scalp dry or oily?
